Promised Meg for a hair cut session at the usual place in Bedok.
From work to there takes at least an hr or so.
So made appointment for 8pm.
Was thinking everything is OK for today. Should be fine.
Guess what? I have 2 different jobs pending.
Each takes around at least half an hour (if they are not busy)
How great? -.-
My PM sms to me:
Hi [girl],vinnie. [User] will call around 6pm to confirm [project] loading.
After successful loading please inform him so that he can check [project] data tomorrow.
[girl], please inform [FM guy] on the arrangement for tonight’s loading. Thanks.
The FM guy called me about the loading and I ask that if he knows about the arrangement for tonight.
He said yes and it’s our fault, I know he is half joking. But I’m damn fucked too!
I have to fucking cancel my meeting up with my friend!! FUCK IT.
He even sound so depress, I mean, I didn’t want to do that right?
At least I try to sound a little guilty, since they have to stay back because of the project.
But think again la, does it look like WE wanted it?
Not that my system or jobs having issue you know?
It’s like the Users are the one delaying. Fuck it.
It’s like 10 more minutes till 5.30pm, which I suppose to leave and take bus to bedok.
Now thanks to all the delaying, I don’t even know if I can meet up with Meg later after her haircut.
Hope I can make it. Lucky I took half day off today. Even if I came to work early,
I’ll still be a sitting duck waiting for the confirmation before I can run my jobs.
This is damn frustrating. I feel damn shit.
